Let's Shine Workouts

You can do the workouts as recommended in your plan or you can mix the different workouts and do as many as you like on the
same day. If you do so remember that the muscle groups need at least one day break before a new workout on the same muscles and your suggested week plan has taken that into account. So don’t workout your legs two days in a row, unless there are different muscle groups you are working out.

Let's Shine Lifestyle

In your week plan you have different lifestyles tools you can choose from. They are just as important as your physical workouts, and I highly recommend you to do and listen to them too. Choose the ones that you feel drawn to.

Want a longer or a shorter workout?

If you want a longer workout one day, just repeat the workout you are doing twice. If you want a shorter workout, do fewer rounds or just some of the exercises.

Remember that you can add your favorite workout:

If you want to do another kind of workout than represented, feel free to do something else too.

Rest day is just as important as workout day:

Make sure to have a day where you are letting your body rest, if you are having intense workouts during the whole week. If you are having shorter and less intense workouts you don’t need a day off.
