Let’s Shine – H App Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the H App (“App”) provided by Let’s Shine (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. User Accounts
- Registration: To access certain features of the App, you may need to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct and Health Responsibility
- General Conduct: You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities as outlined in these Terms, including but not limited to using the App for illegal purposes, infringing on intellectual property rights, or engaging in abusive behavior.
- Health Responsibility: You acknowledge and agree that your use of the App is at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for your health and well-being. The App may provide information related to health, nutrition, or wellness, but this information is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your diet, exercise, or wellness routines.
- Restriction on Use and Misuse of Downloaded Content
1. Permitted Use: Users of H app are granted the right to download content from the app for personal, non-commercial use only. Downloaded content may not be shared, distributed, modified, sold, or used in any way other than as specified in this agreement without written permission from Let’s Shine and H.
2. Prohibition of Unauthorized Use: Users agree not to misuse the content available through the app, including, but not limited to:
* Distributing or sharing the content publicly, including on social media or other online platforms.
* Using the content for commercial purposes without written permission from Let´s Shine and H.
* Modifying, altering, or creating derivative works based on the content without permission.
* Circumventing any technological protection measures implemented to safeguard the content.
3. Breach of Terms: Any unauthorized use of downloaded content will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in immediate suspension of access to the app, as well as legal action to protect Let’s Shine and H’s rights and interests.
4. Disclaimer of Liability: Let´s Shine and H disclaim any liability for loss or damage arising from the user’s unauthorized use or distribution of downloaded content. The user assumes full responsibility for any consequences resulting from a violation of this clause.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Let’s Shine or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
- Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Confidentiality: We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the information you provide through the App. We will not disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services offered by the App.
7. Modifications to the App and Terms
Let’s Shine reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee and Right of Withdrawal
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our 12-week program. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Conditions:
Eligibility for Refund: To qualify for a refund, you must request it within 14 days and should not have used more than 20% of the program content.
Coaching Sessions: If you have participated in private coaching sessions with your trainer during the trial period, you will not be eligible for a refund. This is due to the significant time and resources invested in providing personalized coaching, which goes beyond the initial 20% content threshold.
This guarantee is in line with your legal right to withdraw from digital purchases under Norwegian consumer law.
How to Request a Refund or Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal:

Include your order number and a brief explanation if requesting a refund.
Refund Process:
We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
This policy ensures you can try our program with confidence, knowing that your satisfaction is our priority.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice and liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
- Arbitration Agreement: Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.
- Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration will be conducted in your individual capacity only and not as a class action or other representative action. The arbitrator shall not consolidate more than one person’s claims or preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Norwegian law, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let’s Shine, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Let’s Shine and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App.
14. Electronic Communications
By using the App, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
15. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Let’s Shine concerning the use of the App.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
