This exercise is one of my favorites!
I don`t need any equipment and l can do it where ever l am. It`s also a very good exercise to get in contact with your inner abdominals muscles. You will also get a good stretch in your lower back.
I recommend you to do the exercise between 5-10times.
Try to keep your leg as straight as possible and lift your toes off while walking forward!
