Pasta is usually not the food I talk or write most about. The reason for this is that for people trying to loose weight it`s not the food you should eat a lot of. When that is said, you can eat pasta all though you want to loose weight.
As long as you remember these two things:
1: WHEN can you eat pasta?
You should eat it in the afternoon when you are having your dinner.
2: HOW MUCH pasta can you eat?
You shouldn’t eat much more than a handful if you want to loose weight.
Regular Pasta has a lot of carbohydrates in it and it is also made out of wheat, not something most stomachs and guts appreciates. Therefore I would instead recommend you to try pasta made of lentils instead. It`s stil has a lot of carbohydrates in it, but much less than in regular pasta. Regular pasta has approximately 65gram of carbohydrates per 100gram, but lentils pasta has 48gram per 100gram.
So, if you want to eat more healthy and reduce your weight, but also eat pasta:
Choose pasta made of lentils and eat a handful at dinner time. The kids will hopefully like it too. Mine do:)
