Today I want to share one of my favorite breakfast recipes!

This is on of my favorite breakfast because I love a hot drink in the morning, it is easy to make, it tastes delicious, it boosts the fat burning, it gives me lots of energy, it give me stabile blodsuger, and it keeps my stomach flat!

The goal with the hot cocoa it to boost your body and brain from early morning till lunch time. Drink water before eating your lunch around noon to boost yourself further! Here is my breakfast recipe:

HOT COCOA:
(1 servings)

1 table spoon of raw cocoa
1 table spoon of MCT cocoanut oil (The first couple of day start of with a half table spoon).
1 table spoon of collagen protein (I love Superstates collagen powder)
1 tea spoon of Sukrin Gold or stevia (erythritol)
2 table spoons of cocoa butter or 3 table spoons of olive oil.
2 dl of hot water

Blend it together with a hand blender or a smoothie machine and serve!
