Start your day by drinking a green juice to boost your body with vitamins and kick off your fatburning too.
By making this green drink you will give your body a vitamin rush in addition to getting energy and keeping the brakes off your fat burning.
The brakes will be kept of because there is almost none carbohydrates in the drink and you will therefor avoid insulin production and avoiding the insulin to stimulate to storage fat.
Eat instead your first meal a couple of hours after drinking this juice.
Recipe:
1 serving
⅓ of a cucumber
½ of a lemon
2 celery
1cm of ginger
2 handfuls of cabbage
Juice the different ingredients in a juice machine and serve!
