How I told my partner what I needed
HAVE YOU EVER WISHED THAT YOUR PARTNER WOULD SAY EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEEDED TO HEAR?
I have! And I’m sure that my partner also have wished that I would do the same.
Today I’m sharing what I did to solve the challenge last week, based on my first Let’s Shine pilar: Heart Training. I worked on two important aspects of Heart Training,and it ended up being a win, win, win situation. Hurra! Heart Training is super important!
