This week we will enjoy the different Shine Routines that you have been introduced to and keep repeating them. Preferably we recommend you doing new routines in 90 days, but doing it 30 days you are on a roll! So let’s keep it up this week too.
We will add a Rest Routine to our routines. It’s pretty similar to your Joy Routine and you can decide to make your rest routine a part of the 3 things you are doing daily to fill yourself with joy, or you can do both. We will also start training our mind to make it easier to have good feelings and good thoughts throughout our day and week. Our mind is the master and it`s really crucial that we train our mind to be balanced in life.
