B: Employees engage in daily fun, simple, and effective training sessions lasting 5-15 minutes.

What do the employees get after onboarding?
1: Happy & High Performance trainings: Daily training sessions (5-15 minutes) covering physical, mental and emotional training, an optimizing nutrition and daily habits.
2: Fun daily habits reminders (1-3) to promote healthy changes in everyday life.
3: Weekly team training (online, 15-20 minutes before/after company meetings).
4: A company community forum for communication, inspiration, and information (including competitions).
5: Questionnaire to answer for H to get clarity on employee’s goals, needs and current status. Communication with trainer in H app.
+ Access to other live and replay training sessions during the week. Type of trainings may vary.
+ Optional meal tracking and additional services as requested.

Week 1: Get Started!
What: Onboarding, getting to now H and Initial team gathering
Enjoy:

Outcome: Fill in the questionnaire to get clarity on employee’s goals, needs and current status. Communication with trainer in H app.
Week 2: Get happy!
What: Complete questionnaire and get personalized goals for employees based on their responses and adjust their programs accordingly.
Includes:
- Same 1,2,3,4 and other live/replay sessions.
- All employees answer questionnaires. Trainer reviews the responses.
- Dialogue with employees to set goals and put them into the app.
- Get access to specific programs/exercises based on questionnaire review.
Outcome: Communicate with the trainer and get your goals into the app.
Week 3: Get Wins!
What: Leaders invite the team to participate in a live/replay session together.
Includes:
- Same 1,2,3,4 and other live/replay sessions.
- Leader Communicates with employees in the company forum.
- Community page competition where leaders also participate.
Outcome: Get employees engaged in competition to do daily healthy habits
Week 4: Get Results!
What: Evaluate the first three weeks, add existing company routines into H
Includes:
- Same 1,2,3,4 and other live/replay sessions.
- Leadership meets with H to provide feedback, to optimize the training and platform for the company.
- Clarification of ongoing collaboration.
Outcome: Make constructive changes to optimize and agree on next step in the cooperation, sign a new contract.
During Onboarding:
- No commitment for the first 4 weeks. Free to withdraw after one month.
- Tailored onboarding adapted to your company and your employees.
- Weekly dialogue between the onboard responsible and HR/leader in the company for the best possible adaptation and facilitation for the company.
