H Onboarding

3 Onboarding Steps:

1: What time do you, as a leader and/or HR, want your employees to meet? (What working meeting structure does the company already have?)

  • Schedule 4 meeting times, preferably once per week. ( A “check in” at the end of each week can be arranged too).
  • Employees receive a link to register on the site, which takes 2 minutes and they are ready to go. Their first program will be available. Daily trainings that take 5-15min available.
  • 15-20 minute online empowering session per week in company`s existing meeting structure = Empowered employees.

2: What empowering tools do you as a company want to prioritize for your employees? Choose from the list:

3: Employees get daily reminders in app, inspirational weekly emails, competitions, and workout recommendation to be inspired to workout on their own too.

1: With recommended Instant Empowering sessions (for example: Exercises to strengthen the back)

2: Corporate competition: Ex: Enjoy 3 sessions on the platform and compete to be the empowered employee of the week. Or getting points per completed workout.

3: Suggested LIVE sessions that the employee can enjoy on their own throughout the week.

4: Work fun: Leaders recommend sessions or meetings for live sessions during the week, to go first and inspire the group.

The 4 H weeks, week by week:

The onboarding process is designed to gradually introduce the H platform to your employees. This plan outlines the key activities for each week, though minor adjustments may be made to better suit the needs of your company.

Week 1: Get Started!

Task: Initial team gathering and completion of the questionnaire.

Access to:

  • High Performance Employee Module, plus any additional focus areas selected by your company.

  • Basic daily training sessions (5-15 minutes) covering exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle.

  • Daily habits (1-3) to promote small, healthy changes in everyday life.

  • Questionnaire to assess each employee's goals, current status, and needs.

  • Weekly team gatherings (online, 15 minutes before/after company meetings).

  • Access to live training sessions throughout the week in exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle.

  • A company-specific community page for communication, inspiration, and information (including competitions).

  • Optional meal tracking and additional services as requested.

Week 2: What Do I Need to Feel Good?

Task: Set personalized goals for employees based on their questionnaire responses and adjust their programs accordingly.

Includes:

  • Same offerings as Week 1, plus:

  • Trainer reviews the employee's completed questionnaire.

  • Dialogue with employees to set goals and input them into the app.

  • Access to specific programs/exercises based on questionnaire review.

Week 3: Leaders Go First!

Task: Leaders invite the team to participate in a live/replay session together.

Includes:

  • Same offerings as Week 1, plus:

  • Leader invites employees to a specific training session, either live or replay, and the group trains together.

  • Community page competition where leaders also participate.

Week 4: Stronger Together!

Task: Integrate existing company health tools into the H platform.

Includes:

  • Same offerings as Week 1, plus:

  • Leadership meets with H to integrate relevant existing tools into the platform and provide feedback.

  • Clarification of ongoing collaboration.

 

During Onboarding:

  • No commitment for the first 4 weeks. Free to withdraw after one month.
  • Tailored onboarding adapted to your company and your employees.
  • Weekly dialogue between the onboard responsible and HR/leader in the company for the best possible adaptation and facilitation for the company.

After Onboarding

  • Evaluation of onboarding period, and adjustments for optimization will be done.
  • Sign up for a minimum of 12 months.
  • 2 for 1. Get the most out of your money. Pay for only 50 employees if 100 use the platform.
  • Choose the level that suits your company further: Bronze, Silver, Gold + flexible add-ons.
    • Bronze: Follow-up of employees through LIVE sessions on the platform, and feedback from coaches.
    • Silver: Follow-up of employees through LIVE sessions and feedback from coaches + minimum 1 weekly gathering for employees.
    • Gold: Follow-up of employees through LIVE sessions, feedback from coaches, minimum 1 weekly gathering for employees +  minimum 1 weekly guidance for small groups/individual employees.
