I wanted to start taking care of myself, and my health, after reducing job burden and having more available time. I wanted to focus on building muscle strength and balance. This has been done in a structured way and adapted to my «pace» and progress and has given me a lot of mental food for thought and reflection. In addition to the expected physical training program Helle has brought a broader perspective into the training by challenging my entire mindset and approach to life.Physical and mental challenges solved with immediate results! It was a new and different way to identify our happiness and energy levels. With small and efficient exercises in the seminar we learnt from Helle how to recognize and identify what aspects in our lives we needed to priority, to increase our levels of happiness and energy. We also got efficient tools to achieve this.
Before I started at Let’s Shine studio I was not happy with my body or my mind. I tried many different diets and types of training in the past, but always gave up when I did not get the results I wanted. With Helle’s help, I changed my lifestyle and it was much easier than I thought, I had results within a week!
As opposed to other diets that I tried in the past, Let’s Shine nutrition guidance is a way of living and not a diet. A direct result of this way of eating has been more energy, better sleep and a slimmer body. The most surprising part was getting results this quickly and without feeling like I did much. The training is not too hard, the diet is not too hard. I expected I would have to do so much more in order to get the results I have now, but now I know that you just have to do it the correct way and not the hard way.
I learned more about my body, how it works and how to treat it in a good and healthy way to maintain the results I got with Let’s Shine. I feel fitter, happier, more confident, more energy and I have a better life than before. I feel stronger in mind and body, and I definitely feel like I have a better relationship with people around me.
Helle is a fantastic mentor who does so much good for everyone she works with. Being guided by her is the best investment I have made. My sessions with her have given me results far beyond a stronger and slimmer body. She has given me tools to deal with tough, sad and tiring moments when they happen. I am much stronger physically and mentally. I stand firmer in myself than ever and look positively at life and the future. I now eat the way my body wants me to eat, I feel less bloated, I have a flatter stomach, better digestion and lots of energy.
I am surprised how much effect this has also had on the people around me. It has affected my entire family, husband and children, and my friendships. I am a more comfortable person to be around now that I have it much better with myself. I always had a slim figure, but after I turned 30 I saw my body lose strength, my skin feeling looser and it was hard to find the right way and proper motivation for me to keep working out. Luckily, my boyfriend had noticed my fascination with Helle’s social media and gave me a guided workout plan for Christmas. It was the best present ever!
I received great help with reaching beyond all the goals I set! Helle has been amazing throughout the entire period. The changes I had to make in my diet and training weren’t as hard compared to the results I got to have. I lost 5,5 cm around my waist in just two weeks, it’s really impressive! The cellulites on my butt and thighs that were bothering me so much, are now down to a minimum. My sleep quality has improved, and my tummy issues are now gone. I learned that I was eating wrong in the past and not nearly as enough due to my unpredictable work schedule. Now I eat more than I used to and I feel fresh and energized. I am so happy with the improvements and the success, that for the first time in my life I feel confident to continue working out, eat well and love myself ☺

I had been thinking of going to Helle for some years and finally decided it was time to make a change when a bad knee got me into a situation of no exercise and bad eating habits. I really enjoyed Helle´s approach; she listens and looks at the person as a whole. She worked together with my physical therapist and adapted the training according to the progress I was making. After six months my knee was a lot better, and now I am in a much better shape.
