Organize your life

It`s time to find out what you are using your time on and how much time you are using on it. You need to get a clear picture on what you are using your time on to adjust it to give you the results you want. Therefore I want you to write down everything you are using your time on through two week days and on one weekend day. Just imagine your day and write down everything that comes to mind. Don`t judge yourself. We just want to get a clear picture on how you have designed your life so far. So get a piece of paper and a pen and write down what you are using your time on and how much time you are using. Don`t leave anything out and write the different activitites below each other and remember to put up how much time you are spending on each activity too.
